What We Do

Ms. Katie Z. Leavy is the Owner and Principal of Capital Design LLC, an interior design firm based in Annapolis, Maryland. Ms. Leavy strives to create beautiful, healthy and flexible spaces which provide enhanced comfort, functionality and lasting value to her clients.

Ms. Leavy is a long-time advocate of the environment and deeply considers the ecological and social impacts of her work. She strives to provide her clients with design solutions that are good for people and the planet, and prioritizes renewable materials, sustainable manufacturing and ethical product sourcing in all of her projects.
